Club central has a form, for Club Success plan, and you can fill it in online, all individually. It is short. You could fill it in during a committee meeting.
Or print it and committee membrrs can fill it in
Do it now. You can amend it during the year. But you get points by doing it early. If you leave it to the deadline you are already part way thru the year

Has anybody worked out how many newbies and how many old timers are needed to achieve the goas, for a meeting a month and so on. If you had an advanced club nobody would be doing level 1. If you had a new club nobody would be reaching level 5, if they meet once a month?
Patrick Thomas
Great question! I wonder if advanced clubs care that much, and new clubs would have something to build towards. Speech credits can be obtained at other clubs, and sometimes theres a speakathon arranged. One meeting a month may not be enough to achieve all goals but would be worth looking into it.

We have a quiz master on how well you listened. The quiz master throws chocolates to the winners, and the leftovers go to others at the end. This was done in Singapore.
Visitors can read the mission statement,
I think the area director should be helping to check the goals are reached. But what can the area director do if the club are keen just to allow members to proceed at their own pace and not be pressurized.
