3rd Learncool meeting on April 22 Wednesday -

 Div S has bought one zoom account for all clubs under DIV S. If any of the clubs require virtual club meeting, you could book the time slots with Lee Siang.

Reminder of the four Speechcraft sessions for April:

At the second meeting I learned from Yudy how to create a meeting agenda within the system. That is really handy. Unfortunately if somebody drops out you cannot adjust the order. You can only change the names.

Braddell Heights Advanced Toastmasters Club at 7 pm Wed 22 April Speechcraft on learncool.sg We have a speech slot and evaluation slot for you.

The third meeting was a great success.
Yudy said we had more people and more of them stayed to the end of the meeting.

The idea is that having started the Speechcraft slots and practised them, we have the skills and confidence to create a poster and advertise to people outside Toastmasters to get more paying members.

 The person in charge of recordings was not me but Yudy. He eventually told me recordings are not on facebook just on our club wall on Learncool for people who we allow to join to share.

 However in the post meeting chat Eliya admitted that he is in the contest on Saturday and he thought Faith left the April 22 meeting because he was there - so Faith made the right decision.

 I want to send out within 48 hours of the 22 April meeting a draft of the agenda for the last April Workshop on April 29. Adding a workshop every Wednesday is a lot of work.

I did a workshop and topics only at the first meeting but got feedback that people would rather have a full meeting with speeches and evaluations.

Siva was very complimentary and said he would recommend our club. I am sure seeing animated Faith in topics as well as her contest wins is part of that.

I imagine Faith is too busy rehearsing for the contest to do the Wed 29 draft agenda which I went to send out to encourage people to sign up.

If you have a moment, Faith or anybody, send me a template. I shall send out emails and agenda with a newsletter typed in emails. I am tired of one finger typing on the phone!
